What do we do

HRM Srl offers multiple services to its customers with the aim of achieving the highest level of efficiency while maintaining effective and quality management.

General Management

  • taking charge of the role of General / Company Management or its support with staff having all the required regulatory requirements
  • execution of all the duties of competence provided for by the accreditation regulations with specific reference to the conception, planning, implementation with sharing and dissemination of structure document which reports its obligations, general and specific and the business plan.   • ensure that a Business Plan for risk management is drawn up in the three areas: occupational risk, "non-clinical" risk and clinical risk

Administrative Management

  • taking charge of the Administrative Management Role or supporting it with personnel having all the required regulatory requirements
  • creative finance, or strategies to better manage tax and social security debt
  • strategic analysis and solutions to reduce labor costs
  • payroll and contributions office: payroll processing and all consequential activities

Analyzes aimed at obtaining credit or by installment of the social security debt:

  • Budget analysis

Through our Balance sheet analysis It is possible to examine the company's economic and financial situation, highlighting its balance and criticality. In particular, we carry out a precise investigation of the equity, income and financial situation of the same, aimed at giving advice and indications on any improvements that could be made to the financial statements before filing, together with a report consisting of indices, tables and graphs that describes and comments on the company performance and the rating scores assigned according to the rules established by Basel 3.

  •  Balance Sheet Analysis and Bank Rating:
  1. Performance evaluation;
  2. assignment of the Basel Rating;
  3. Using the different methods prepared and accepted by the main credit institutions and the most authoritative economic-financial analysts (Standard & Poor's, Medio Credito Centrale L. 662/1996, Altman's Z-Score) data entry of the Central Credit Register for the automatic calculation of the MCC rating;
  4. possibility to insert the benchmarks of the indices to verify the deviations with the reference sector;
  5. creation of custom indexes;
  6. a section dedicated to verifying the company's economic-equity and financial balance.
  • Social security position analysis

Through our Analysis of the pension position It is possible to implement a planning of the accrued debt also by means of a projection of the increase of the same up to the expiry of the valid DURC.

  • Social security debt planning for obtaining DURC release:
  1. quantification and evaluation of the Inps debt;
  2. quantification and evaluation of the Inail debt;
  3. obtaining total debt encumbrance;
  4. overall debt planning through installments up to 72 monthly installments;
  5. updating company position and obtaining DURC release.

Health Management

  • taking charge of the Management / Health Responsibility Role or its support with personnel having the required requirements
  • eligibility and taking charge of users with particular attention to continuity of care and in particular:
  1. formalize the protocols for patient eligibility
  2. adopt and formalize protocols, guidelines and procedures for the management of the patient's care path in the different phases of the disease and in the different care settings (intrastructural)
  3. define responsibility for patient care and management
  4. provide for the traceability of patient care within the health documentation, including reconciliation
  5. manage the transfer of information relating to taking charge within the care process
  6. verify the knowledge and application of the protocols and procedures by the personnel and their improvement

Human Resources Management

  • monitored control of the achievement of ECM credits by all obliged Healthcare Operators

In particular:

to) identify training needs;

b) determine the tools and resources to meet these needs;

c) set priorities for training based on the available budget and management's strategic guidelines;

d) select the criteria for the staff to be updated and trained;

is) specify the indicators, to measure the effectiveness (impact) of training interventions;

f) plan both the activities on the basis of the training needs required by the National Program for Continuing Education ECM, and those aimed at evaluating the effectiveness of training interventions.

Quality Management

  • preparation of a working methodology, aimed at the efficiency and effectiveness of the complex of service activities of the structures, stimulating the participation of staff at all levels, involving users, committees and associations
  • systematic evaluation of the effectiveness and appropriateness of the services, highlighting the deviations from the available evidence and identifying areas for improvement
  • elaboration of an annual project for the continuous improvement of health care by encouraging the involvement of staff

Clinical Risk Management

  • taking charge of the role of manager or his support with personnel having all the required regulatory requirements
  • literature review and implementation implementation strategies and methods that can be used to provide appropriate and effective care and services
  • preparation of a collection of guidelines, protocols, procedures, care paths, recognized specifications and clarification to the staff who must be informed about the existence of such documents, making them easily accessible

Internal and External Communication Management

Occupational Safety Management

  • taking charge of the Role of Competent Doctor or his assistance with personnel having all the required requirements
  • preparation of an occupational risk plan (physical, chemical and biological) concerning the operators, health and non-health, in the performance of their work. - “Non-clinical” risk: these are safety problems in general, for example catastrophic events, financial risks

Equipment Management

  • taking charge of the role of head of biomedical and health equipment or its support with personnel having all the required requirements
  • interdisciplinary activities of evaluation and analysis related to safety, costs, benefits, effectiveness and ethical aspects
  • dynamic inventory of biomedical equipment supplied updated and archived on IT support
  • preparation of the maintenance plan for biomedical equipment and storage of all related documentation and functionality and safety checks

Management of Prosthesis and Aid Centers and Orthopedic Workshops

  • conception, planning, implementation and management of Centers for the production and supply of aids for the disabled aimed at improving their daily life

Insurance Management

  • management of insurance products, for health and social health facilities, provided for by Law no. 24/2017, the so-called Gelli / Bianco Law

  • preparation of documents, procedures, processes, training, information and manuals

Specific Real Estate Brokerage Activities: proposals for leasing and sale of health and social health facilities
